Exchanges & Returns Policy
LOCAL DELIVERY
To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we use standard US and EUR shoe sizing to help our valued customers select the perfect fit.
If there is a size or quality issue caused by the company, we offer an exchange option. Any returns or exchanges must be reported by the customer within 3 working days of receiving the product. Once a complaint is registered, the exchange process will be completed within 15 working days. In cases of size issues, customers will be responsible for all exchange-related fees.
For exchanges, customers are required to send the product back via courier at their own expense and share a photo of the courier slip with us via WhatsApp.
Please note that custom-made footwear, including items with personalized colors or designs, is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We adhere strictly to these guidelines as per company policy.

For international orders, please take note of the following terms and conditions:
- International orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and typically range between 15 to 20 business days.
