We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services for all orders within Pakistan.

International Terms
For international orders, we provide the following payment options:

• Bank Deposit

International shipping fees will be charged for all international orders, and these charges will be applied based on the order details and the customer’s location. The shipping cost is calculated at the time of purchase in consultation with our logistics service providers. Delivery typically takes 20 to 25 business days, depending on your location.

Please note the following terms and conditions for international orders:

• The client (importer) is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties or taxes for imported products.
• No exchanges, returns, or refunds are available for international orders.

Delivery Terms
Within Pakistan, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services. For shipping needs, we collaborate with Pakistan’s most reputable logistics companies that have an extensive distribution network. Delivery is free all across Pakistan, and orders are generally delivered within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

For customized or out-of-stock products, shipping may take longer. Once your order is placed, a member of the Cultural Soles team will contact you with an estimated shipping date.

Outlier Locations
We partner with some of the largest logistics companies in Pakistan, but their coverage may not include all areas. If your location falls outside their service range, we will contact you to explore alternative delivery options to ensure you receive your order.
